Welcome to the Coaching and Development Practice Area
The coaching and development practice area brings together a group of Associates with considerable and extensive experience in people development. They have a track-record of adding value to organisations of all sizes by helping their executives and managers define the development needs that will add to the bottom line, or avoid loss. The Associates have the expertise to provide consultancy and delivery along the whole ‘supply chain’ from learning and development and talent management strategies to the delivery of learning interventions and the subsequent monitoring and evaluation of results.
A number of associates also provide learning and development solutions for organisations by working on an interim or part-time basis.
We always offer our clients a fully bespoke approach. Initial exploratory consultations are free; these are used to agree the appropriate review mechanism to get to blueprints for action.
For complex organisations the review can take three days, for smaller companies it will take less time. Reviews are chargeable.
The delivery of the subsequent consultancy and/or direct delivery of coaching and development programmes are charged as appropriate.
