Pauline is a highly knowledgeable HR consultant having held senior and international positions with large blue chip organisations.  She brings a depth of HR and business know how drawn from her experiences as a global VP, Executive Board Director and Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

Operating alongside business leaders and senior teams Pauline is particularly proficient at devising HR strategy and translating this into practical and commercially realistic HR policies and practices.
