Having been an Investment Banker, a Corporate Financier and a Finance Director he has worked at Board level for over 10 years. He believes in the need for clear financial and commercial rigour irrespective of the undertaking. His passion is to bring forward desired business outcomes – from enabling cost reductions to new growth strategies – through facilitation, coaching and mentoring the development of business leaders and their teams. Maximising success requires a combination of leadership skills with the ability to influence your finance team. Phil is also a visiting lecturer and speaker in several universities.
