Romilla is the Managing Director of Ready Solutions Ltd. She has extensive experience of the multinational, corporate arena, having worked with senior executives and main line managers in Holland, Germany, Nigeria and the UK. She focuses on executive development using a mix of training and coaching to help organisations and executives transition easily from where they are to where they are aspiring to go. She has co-authored Neuro-linguistic Programming for Dummies® - one of the top selling ‘for Dummies®’ titles and Neuro-linguistic Programming Workbook for Dummies® which was released in February 2008.

Notable Case Studies

  • A director of a training company was heavily in debt and unable to find the work he wanted. Romilla worked with him for a period of three, two-hour sessions and he is now comfortably in profit, earning an average of £5000/ month and has recruited a full time sales woman and an E-marketing specialist.
  • A 47 year old, freelance HR lady contacted Romilla because she was having problems with getting commitment from her partner and was unsure where ‘life was going’. This was having a deleterious affect on, both, her home and work life. Following two, two hour sessions over the telephone, her relationship is now stable and she has the energy and drive to pursue her career goals, which she identified during our coaching sessions, one of which is to publish her first E-book.
  • A high level sales and marketing manager took early redundancy because he felt the company for which he was working no longer shared his values. He was terribly stressed when he came to see Romilla. The stress was compounded by problems with his teenage daughter. He agreed at our second session, a week later, that he felt and looked 10 years younger and was communicating with his daughter as the situation with her was not as bad as he had thought.   • Romilla provided training in understanding the human psychology of team members during a change management initiative at a multinational. This helped to overcome the natural resistance people have to ‘giving up’ knowledge, promote the sharing of information and skills and made the best of team dynamics to drive change forward.
  • Romilla initiated a training and development program to help staff develop their self-esteem and confidence.
